In support of horse owners and animal rescue organizations affected by the catastrophic wildfires in Los Angeles and Southern California, we are offering to accommodate over 100+ horses for free until they can be reunited with their owners and return home.
Our ranch features three large and secure arenas and pens, providing a safe and comfortable environment for horses.
In addition to shelter, Sandy Valley Ranch offers:
- Temporary feed for horses during their stay.
- Water access and regular cleanup services.
- Plenty of space for trucks and horse trailers for convenient parking.
- Onsite accommodations for owners (at a reduced fee), available upon request.
- Assistance with basic medical care for horses through our network of equine professionals, if needed.
“We stand with the communities affected by these destructive fires. It’s important to us to support our fellow horse owners by providing a safe space for their animals,” said Marilyn Gubler, owner of Sandy Valley Ranch. “Our ranch is uniquely equipped to provide both the space and the support necessary to ensure the safety of these horses.”
Horse owners and animal rescue organizations in need of assistance can contact Sandy Valley Ranch at 702-242-0955 for more information.
